Nutrition

How our gut functions is extremely important - the majority of our neurotransmitters are made in the gut - and dysfunction may lead to learning difficulties and various behavioural difficulties e.g. ADHD.

Each person is unique, some may not be able to digest certain 'good' foods properly or maybe they have a lack of certain essential vitamins and minerals.

It's time to discover what is going on...
Nutrition for children

The gut can have a significant impact on learning, emotions and behaviours.  Initially, we use muscle testing techniques to identify whether there are underlying nutritional factors or even dehydration which are limiting a person's health/abilities.

What is going on within that particular person's body systems that is leading to a lack of nutrition?

It is not always purely down to a lack of vitamins/minerals - there can be toxins, parasites etc. or maybe certain important valves within the digestive system aren't functioning properly.  Using certain techniques AnneMarie can find the underlying problems and help to address them.
