I am a kinesiologist based in Yattendon, Berkshire, near Newbury, specialising in dyslexia, ADHD and anxiety in both children and adults. I also work on general health/wellbeing - finding the source of your problems.

Everything that I do at Quester Therapies is about looking into the 'WHY?'   Whether this is for people who suffer with anxiety, depression, lack of self-esteem or health issues,   or those who have learning difficulties e.g. dyslexia, adhd, slow processing....

I offer a holistic approach to support both children and adults with learning, behavioural and emotional challenges. The key treatments include neuro-developmental and auditory programmes, nutritional support, hypnotherapy/mind balance and specialist Kinesiology techniques.

Because sometimes it's not just one thing.

If you feel that something may be out of balance - whether for your child or for yourself - the next step is an initial consultation.

This allows us to explore your concerns in depth and determine which assessments or therapeutic approaches are most appropriate. From there, we can begin to join the dots and create a clear, prioritised plan forward.

My work is structured, assessment-led and prioritised - not protocol-driven.

You are welcome to book an initial free consultation to begin the process.

“AnneMarie connected the dots in a way no one else had. For the first time, we understood what was really happening - and that clarity alone changed everything.”

How I Work

  1. Initial Consultation
We explore history, patterns and current concerns in depth.

  2. Targeted Assessment
Based on findings, I identify which evaluations are appropriate - neurodevelopmental, auditory, kinesiology-based or cellular.

  3. Prioritised Plan
I determine what requires attention first. The body always has a hierarchy.

  4. Structured Implementation
    Interventions are sequenced and manageable.

  5. Review & Regulation
Progress is monitored and adjusted as the system stabilises.
